In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily workflow of the pharmacy, ensuring patient safety, accurate medication dispensing, and a welcoming environment for all customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the accurate dispensing of prescription medications to patients.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring the pharmacy is well-stocked and organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, answering queries, and offering health advice where appropriate.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, hygienic, and compliant with health regulations.
- Prepare and pack medicine orders efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/SPM-V qualification (STPM/Pre-U/Diploma in Pharmacy is a plus).
- Possess a valid Pharmacy Assistant registration (if applicable in jurisdiction) or strong interest in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
