Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints professionally.
- Assist customers with the selection of over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Support the pharmacy team in processing and verifying prescriptions accurately.
- Manage inventory levels, including checking stock, receiving deliveries, and organizing shelves.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure the pharmacy premises comply with all local health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for staff and customers.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in pharmacy assistance or healthcare is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a pharmacy setting is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
