Are you passionate about community health and customer service? We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Pharmacy Sales Assistant to join our team in the beautiful Cameron Highlands. In this role, you will be the face of our pharmacy, helping customers navigate their healthcare needs with empathy, professionalism, and expert product knowledge.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patrons with health-related inquiries and product selections.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle daily cash reconciliation.
- Support the Pharmacist in day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and organization.
- Ensure all products are neatly arranged, properly priced, and well-stocked on shelves.
- Promote pharmacy campaigns, promotions, and new health products to customers.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional pharmacy environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and helpful attitude towards customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible retail hours.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- A proactive learner who is eager to understand healthcare products and wellness trends.
