We are seeking a visionary Pharmacy Sponsorship Manager to lead our strategic pharmacy initiatives within the Planning Office. - Develop and implement comprehensive pharmacy sponsorship strategies aligned with hospital objectives
- Manage relationships with pharmaceutical partners to secure funding and resources
- Coordinate cross-departmental planning for pharmacy service integration
- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical sponsorship practices
- Prepare and manage sponsorship program budgets and financial reporting
- Conduct market analysis to identify sponsorship opportunities and trends

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy management or sponsorship coordination
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven expertise in project management and stakeholder relationship building
- Experience developing and executing sponsorship strategies
- Excellent analytical and financial planning skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
