As a Pharmacy Technician at National Skin Centre, you will play a key role in managing the pharmacy operations, assisting the pharmacist in clinical workflows, and serving the diverse patient population. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently according to established medical protocols.
- Assist in the compounding of topical medications, creams, and dermatological preparations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment, ordering, and conducting regular expiry checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including answering inquiries about medication usage and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation of all dispensing activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health regulations, safety standards, and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP).
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore MOH-registered Pharmacy Technician qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and dosage calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
