Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently under pharmacist supervision
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including stock rotation and ordering supplies
- Maintain precise patient records and medication documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries professionally
- Ensure strict adherence to pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Prepare and maintain sterile compounding areas when required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or related healthcare certification
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license/certification (if applicable in Malaysia)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Basic computer proficiency with pharmacy management systems
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
