Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, dispensing, and labeling of medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage medication inventory, including monitoring stock levels, expiration dates, and placing orders as required.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records and handle prescription processing documentation.
- Provide front-line customer service by addressing patient inquiries regarding medication usage and pharmacy services.
- Ensure the pharmacy workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform compounding duties as required under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Facilitate the smooth communication between clinical staff and the pharmacy department.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy Science or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- Previous experience working in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, medication dosages, and drug classifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and medical professionals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Valid certification or registration as a Pharmacy Technician in Singapore is an advantage.
