Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the pharmacist in the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process insurance or payment transactions efficiently.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including monitoring stock levels and performing regular shelf audits.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy work environment according to safety standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing patient inquiries regarding medication usage.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and legal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
- Support the team in clinical administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Certificate in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
- Prior experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and pharmacy information systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and ethical pharmaceutical practices.
