Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately interpret and process medication orders from physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Perform prescription dispensing under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
- Maintain precise inventory levels, including stock replenishment, checking expiry dates, and performing stock takes.
- Provide basic patient counseling on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with strict safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient medication records in the Pharmacy Information System.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless medication management for inpatients and outpatients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or a Diploma in Pharmacy Science or related fields.
- Prior experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-pressure clinical team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Must be comfortable working in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays if required.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and continuous professional development.
