Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately interpret and process medication prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceutical supplies and medications.
- Prepare and package medications accurately while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain precise electronic and physical records for inventory, billing, and patient information.
- Provide exceptional frontline customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and explaining medication instructions clearly.
- Monitor medication expiration dates and conduct regular stock audits to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pharmacy environment at all times.
- Support the pharmacist in administrative duties and operational workflows to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (or equivalent field).
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, medication classifications, and dosage forms.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic office computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and adapt to rotating shift schedules.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle high-volume workflows under pressure.
