Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of prescription medications.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and process pharmaceutical orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and educating them on medication usage.
- Process insurance claims and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace according to FDA and company standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to patient privacy laws and HIPAA/Data Privacy Act regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify prescription information and resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Assistant course, or any related healthcare degree.
- Valid license or certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle patient interactions professionally.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
