Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks, and monitor expiry dates of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide exceptional frontline customer service, addressing patient inquiries regarding medication usage and store products.
- Process prescriptions accurately using pharmacy management software systems.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the pharmacy work area.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, pharmacy policies, and legal requirements.
- Support administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and coordination with internal medical departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or a Diploma in a relevant field.
- For Pharmacy Technician roles, a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification or equivalent local qualification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a high-accuracy environment.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays as required by the healthcare facility.
