Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor pharmacy automation systems to ensure accurate medication packing and distribution.
- Perform timely replenishment and inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels of medications and consumables.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on packed medications to ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packing area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and nursing staff to streamline medication delivery workflows.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all inventory movements and automated system outputs.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues with pharmacy hardware and software systems.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Prior experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in pharmacy information systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to support shift rotations or part-time arrangements as required.
