Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of medications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain precise inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure essential medications are always available.
- Provide front-line customer service, including patient consultation on medication usage and storage instructions.
- Process prescription orders and ensure all insurance or billing documentation is completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace in accordance with pharmacy regulations and hygiene standards.
- Perform regular stock checks and expiry date monitoring to prevent wastage and ensure safety.
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certification in Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacy Technician course, or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting (retail, hospital, or clinical) is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work rotating shifts or flexible hours as required by the site settings.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and pharmacy information systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
