Tanggung Jawab
- Assist licensed pharmacists in the preparation, labeling, and dispensing of medications.
- Manage inventory levels, including monitoring expiration dates and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace in accordance with hospital safety standards.
- Process prescription orders accurately through the Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Provide professional and compassionate communication to patients and nursing staff regarding medication schedules.
- Ensure all pharmacy documentation and records are maintained with high precision and confidentiality.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Graduate of any Allied Health course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, etc.).
- Must possess a valid NC II in Caregiving.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach to healthcare.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
