Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care and monitor health conditions in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and documentation.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, home care, and preventive health practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control policies.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse (Active PRC License).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic office software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
