Tanggung Jawab
- Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures efficiently and accurately for patients of all ages.
- Verify patient identity and explain collection procedures to ensure patient comfort and cooperation.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
- Properly label, store, and transport blood specimens to the laboratory for analysis.
- Monitor and manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and ensure equipment is sanitized.
- Collaborate with nursing and laboratory staff to optimize patient flow and care.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Phlebotomy certification (e.g., NVQ Level 2, HSA, or equivalent) required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or diagnostic setting (Junior/Senior level).
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology related to venipuncture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient empathy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in high-volume environments.
