Tanggung Jawab
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures with precision and patient comfort
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of blood specimens
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and address patient concerns professionally
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinical operations
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with patients in Chinese and English
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma or degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Valid nursing license or phlebotomy certification
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with strong English communication skills
- Previous experience in phlebotomy or clinical nursing is preferred
- Proficiency in venipuncture techniques and specimen handling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
