Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine venipuncture and blood collection procedures with precision and care.
- Educate patients about the collection process to ensure their comfort and cooperation.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Accurately label, process, and store blood samples and specimens.
- Assist in general nursing duties and patient triage as required by the healthcare team.
- Update and maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration or recognized Phlebotomy certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients of all backgrounds.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to Novena, Central Region.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a patient-centric approach to care.
