Tanggung Jawab
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection procedures following established protocols and safety standards
- Provide excellent care and comfort to blood donors during the donation process
- Properly label, handle, and transport blood specimens to the laboratory
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and blood donations
- Ensure all equipment is sterilized and properly maintained
- Adhere to all Philippine Red Cross policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with donors, healthcare staff, and laboratory personnel
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Medical Technology, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- Certification in Phlebotomy or equivalent training preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in blood collection or related healthcare setting
- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse donor populations
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid professional license (if applicable in the Philippines)
