Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct outbound calls to verify customer data, account status, and personal information with high accuracy.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system in real-time.
  • Communicate company products, services, and promotional offers clearly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure strict adherence to call scripts, verification protocols, and company policies.
  • Document call outcomes, feedback, and necessary data updates in the system.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs during the verification process.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Televerification role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is essential.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
  • A positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and reliability.
