We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our operations by validating trade bookings and meticulously reviewing critical physical documentation, including bills of lading and letters of credit. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of our trade data and streamline operational workflows, directly contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our trading desk. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Validate and reconcile trade bookings to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Review and process physical documentation, including bills of lading, delivery orders, and letters of credit.
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies with trading counterparts.
- Monitor trade lifecycle to identify potential risks or operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all operational processes adhere to Macquarie’s risk and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with logistics and settlement teams to facilitate smooth trade execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in commodities operations, trade finance, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Deep understanding of physical commodity markets, trade structures, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
