- Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance protocols
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) preferred
