Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to determine patients' rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques.
- Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Philippines) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care.
