Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in professional development activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid PRC license and current membership in the Philippine Physical Therapy Association
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques for orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric conditions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
- Certification in specialized modalities (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy) preferred
