Join Ascend Therapy and Wellness Center as a Physical Therapist/Pilates Instructor and transform lives through specialized care. In this dual-role position, you'll assess patient needs, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and conduct therapeutic Pilates sessions to enhance mobility, strength, and pain management. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans combining physical therapy and Pilates methodologies
- Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and Pilates-based rehabilitation
- Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care approaches
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and track patient progress
- Implement safety protocols during therapy sessions and equipment maintenance
- Stay current with evidence-based practices in physical therapy and Pilates instruction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with valid PRC license
- Certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., STOTT, Polestar, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in rehabilitation or wellness settings
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic exercise principles
- Excellent patient communication and assessment skills
- Ability to adapt techniques for diverse patient populations
- CPR certification and willingness to pursue continuing education
