Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for healthcare and relationship management? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a dedicated Physician Relation Officer (PRO) to represent our premium homecare services under the prestigious Lippo Group umbrella in Denpasar, Bali.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our world-class homecare medical services and the local physician community. Your objective is to drive referral growth, expand our medical network, and ensure that patients in the Bali region have seamless access to the quality care they deserve. We are looking for a proactive relationship builder who can articulate our service value proposition to doctors, clinics, and hospital partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical facility decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly referral targets to drive revenue growth for homecare service lines.
- Conduct regular site visits and presentations to introduce and promote Lippo Group's homecare solutions to healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our outreach strategies.
- Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure referral feedback loops are managed effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of all medical contacts and interaction logs.
- Facilitate educational sessions or medical updates to build awareness of our specialized homecare services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical representative (medrep), physician relations, or healthcare business development roles.
- Strong understanding of the local medical landscape in Denpasar and surrounding Bali areas.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for daily field visits.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet strict KPIs.
