Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on outcomes
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
- Participate in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field
- Valid Malaysian physiotherapy license and registration
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Certification in specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and achieve patient recovery goals
