Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilize various physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment protocols as necessary for optimal recovery.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Physiotherapy or a related medical field (e.g., Bachelor of Physiotherapy).
- Valid registration or license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Malaysia.
- Proven experience in clinical physiotherapy settings, preferably in outpatient care.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on quality care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and adhere to safety protocols.
