You'll assess patients' physical capabilities, design evidence-based treatment protocols, and implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy modalities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical limitations and functional goals
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques
- Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and plan modifications in medical records
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, occupational therapists) for coordinated care
- Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust protocols based on patient response and clinical guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field
- Valid Malaysian physiotherapy license and professional registration
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic modalities
- Certification in specialized techniques (e.g., musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports therapy)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Compassionate approach with strong patient-centered care philosophy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
