Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical capabilities and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
- Perform manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and assistive device training.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment strategies as required.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on self-care exercises and home maintenance programs.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and social workers to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical notes and patient progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
- Registration with the Singapore Physiotherapy Board is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or community healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- CPR certification is an added advantage.
