We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join the dynamic team at Little Sun Montessori in the vibrant Cempaka Putih area of Jakarta Raya. As a vital part of our educational community, you will play a crucial role in supporting the physical well-being and developmental milestones of our students. Our Montessori approach emphasizes holistic growth, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping children overcome physical challenges and achieve their full mobility.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy sessions tailored specifically to the unique needs of each child. You will work closely with our teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the daily classroom environment, ensuring a seamless support system for our students. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct individualized physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for children.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
- Collaborate with Montessori teachers to adapt learning environments for physical accessibility.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques based on child development milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on progress and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all assigned students.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student care strategies and holistic development.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related medical field.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with pediatric patients (specifically 0-12 years).
- Strong understanding of child development and motor learning principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with children and families.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, educational setting.
