Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical impairments and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physiotherapy.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Board (MPB).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurology, or cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple patient cases efficiently.
