Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for patients with various conditions.
- Administer evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as necessary, and document patient outcomes in line with hospital policies.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain clinical equipment and ensure all rehabilitative areas adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Participate in ongoing clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy or a recognized equivalent qualification.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or specialized rehabilitative setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of current research.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts if required.
