Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior physiotherapists in the implementation of patient treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.
- Prepare therapy equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for patient sessions.
- Provide physical support and encouragement to patients during mobility and exercise training.
- Monitor and document patient progress during sessions, reporting significant changes to the lead therapist.
- Maintain patient records and administrative documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Instruct patients and their caregivers on proper home exercise programs and safety protocols.
- Assist with the transportation or positioning of patients as required during therapy sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or equivalent certification in a related healthcare discipline.
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates with a strong passion for healthcare are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and supporting patients.
- A compassionate, patient-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain composure in a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently under supervision.
