In this dual-role capacity, you will provide critical rehabilitative care while assisting in the smooth clinical operations of our facility.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, reviewing medical histories, and analyzing symptoms to identify the root causes of their musculoskeletal impairments. You will work closely with our orthopedic specialists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function. This role is ideal for a hands-on practitioner who excels in both clinical treatment and patient management, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience from assessment to recovery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new and returning patients.
- Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
- Assist medical staff with clinical administrative tasks and ensure accurate documentation of patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and lifestyle adjustments to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain clinical equipment and ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-organized workspace.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to support holistic recovery pathways and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) from the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA).
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients of all ages.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a clinical environment, balancing treatment duties with administrative responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail regarding patient medical records.
