Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough home visits to assess patients' physical conditions and medical history.
- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on self-care exercises and home safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Ensure all safety protocols and hygiene standards are met during home visits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related medical field.
- Valid license/registration as a Physiotherapist (BSPK/Perizinan).
- Experience in home care or community health is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle for home visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
