Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to restore mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home care routines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for integrated care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay current with latest physiotherapy research and techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
- Valid Malaysian Physiotherapy Board registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Certification in specialized techniques (e.g., dry needling, aquatic therapy)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency in EMR systems and documentation software
- First Aid and CPR certification
