Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and evaluations of patients' physical conditions to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, progress, and clinical guidelines.
- Perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy modalities to relieve pain and restore function.
- Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to prevent re-injury.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MQA-approved).
- Registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Council (MPC).
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with patients.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends if required by operational needs.
- Experience in handling a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions is preferred for the Senior role.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
