As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse caseload of patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to restore function and reduce pain. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment programs as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay current with physiotherapy best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA) or relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or retail clinic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
- Experience with sports injuries or outpatient orthopedics is an advantage.
