Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient workflows and facility maintenance.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, providing clinical guidance and professional development support.
- Maintain high clinical standards, ensuring all treatment plans follow evidence-based practices.
- Manage clinic administrative duties, including scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
- Foster a positive and professional clinic environment to enhance both patient satisfaction and staff morale.
- Implement growth strategies to increase clinic outreach and patient acquisition in the Bentong area.
- Collaborate with the management team to set operational targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and be registered with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Proven leadership experience or readiness to transition into a management/supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage staff and patient relationships.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional education and clinical excellence.
