We are expanding our team in Segamat, Johor, and seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Person-In-Charge (PIC) / Supervisor to lead our Segamat branch. As the Clinic PIC / Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and guide a team of skilled therapists. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our clinic's standards, driving service excellence, and contributing to the growth of our presence in Segamat.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with clinical protocols.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of physiotherapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment bookings, and clinic inventory to optimize efficiency.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and ensure a positive experience from registration to follow-up.
- Monitor financial performance including billing, collections, and meeting operational targets.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report regularly to management on clinic performance, staff issues, and areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage teams, handle conflict, and drive positive outcomes.
- Proficient in basic clinic management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
