Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
- Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical and administrative staff
- Monitor financial performance, budget adherence, and implement cost-control measures
- Drive business growth through community outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related healthcare field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Malaysian physiotherapy license with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Proven track record in healthcare management or clinic operations leadership
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, billing systems, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Business acumen with experience in P&L management and operational budgeting
