Join K-Line Logistics as a PIB Drafter for a temporary 3-month contract position (June-August) to support our logistics and freight forwarding operations during a maternity leave absence. As a PIB Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing Import Declaration Documents (PIB) and utilizing CEISA 4.0 system to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance for our clients' shipments. You will work closely with our logistics team to verify documentation, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain efficient workflow processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process Import Declaration Documents (PIB) in accordance with Indonesian customs regulations
- Utilize CEISA 4.0 system to maintain accurate customs documentation and ensure timely clearance
- Verify and validate shipping documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and clients to resolve documentation issues
- Maintain accurate records of all customs documentation and filing systems
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of necessary permits and licenses for import activities
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in PIB drafting and CEISA 4.0 system operation
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant logistics software
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
