Tanggung Jawab
- Manage internal company needs and coordinate resources effectively to support business goals.
- Handle and nurture relationships with key clients in the Jakarta region to ensure retention.
- Extend operational coverage to all regions in West Java.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalate issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize processes.
- Prepare regular reports and updates regarding area performance and client feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role (PIC/Team Lead) within the HR or Operations sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with operations management within the Jakarta and West Java regions.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the coverage area (Jakarta to West Java).
