Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company's CRM database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design and execute targeted email, SMS, and messaging campaigns to improve customer retention.
- Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer onboarding and follow-up processes.
- Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, churn rate, and lifetime value.
- Prepare regular performance reports on CRM activities and campaign effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar proprietary tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Willingness to be based in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
