Tanggung Jawab
- Select and assemble customer orders from warehouse inventory with 99% accuracy
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) following safety protocols
- Verify order completeness and documentation before dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies or stock issues to supervisors
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all outgoing orders
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 months' experience in warehouse or logistics role
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with moderate lifting (up to 25kg)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift license is advantageous but not required
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
