Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging Pilates sessions (mat, reformer, and equipment-based) tailored to client fitness levels and goals
- Assess client capabilities and design personalized Pilates programs focusing on alignment, core strength, and flexibility
- Maintain safe studio environments by ensuring proper equipment usage and implementing hygiene protocols
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized attention and progress tracking
- Stay current with international Pilates methodologies and continuing education opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to create cohesive client experiences and studio events
- Contribute to studio growth through client referrals and community engagement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Certified Pilates instructor (e.g., Polestar, Stott, or equivalent international certification)
- Minimum 2 years of professional Pilates teaching experience in studio settings
- Deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to motivate diverse client demographics
- Proficiency in teaching both mat and equipment-based Pilates methods
- Professional appearance and commitment to studio values of excellence and client care
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective client communication
