Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct 1-on-1 Pilates sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Develop personalized Pilates programs based on client assessments and fitness objectives
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe studio environment at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay current with the latest Pilates techniques, equipment, and industry best practices
- Potential managerial duties including scheduling, staff coordination, and studio operations
- Track client progress and adjust programs as needed to achieve optimal results
- Represent the studio professionally and contribute to our premium brand image
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Pilates, preferably in a 1-on-1 setting
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, equipment, and various techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse clients
- Ability to create personalized programs addressing specific client needs and limitations
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a premium fitness environment
