Join Hock Heng Jack In Pile Sdn Bhd as a Piling Quantity Surveyor in Subang Jaya, Selangor. We're seeking both senior and junior professionals to manage quantity surveying for specialized piling projects. The role requires self-reliance with your own transportation and operates on a standard Monday-Friday schedule. Salary is negotiable based on experience, starting from RM 3,500 monthly.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for piling projects
- Conduct site measurements and valuations for foundation works
- Manage subcontractor invoices and payment applications
- Review tender documents and contract terms
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly progress reports
- Liaise with engineers and contractors to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in construction QS (piling preferred)
- Proficiency in measurement software (e.g., WinQS, Candy)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid driving license and personal transportation
- Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian building codes
